Director

Luke Henderson

Luke brings a wealth of joinery and business knowledge to Salter Cabinets. He completed his Certificate III in Cabinet Making with W&A Salter Cabinets, before taking over the company in 2008. Luke has over 20 years of industry experience and has delivered over 3,000 successful projects, both within the commercial and residential sector. He has forged strong client relationships ensuring ongoing client satisfaction whilst meeting the highest of industry standards. Whilst Luke possesses an in-depth understanding of the joinery industry his primary role focuses on company performance, leadership, and dedication to consistently drive exceptional results.

Communications

Kirsty Henderson

Kirsty’s corporate career in Communications has laid the foundations for her work within Salter Cabinets. With a background in Mass Communications – journalism and public relations, her 12-year media career has helped to help build the Salter’s brand. Today her communications role within the company comprises of marketing and brand management to help drive sales. Her media skills and insight have played a key role in developing the company’s communications strategy, and how it operates from targeted messaging to curating online content.

Commercial Project Manager

Luke oversees both large and small commercial projects, whilst working with a diverse range of clients. As a highly skilled and experienced professional with an in-depth knowledge of all facets of cabinet making, his decade long industry experience has made him an outstanding leader. Luke’s drive to meet high expectations and industry standards, coupled with maintaining client satisfaction, delivers exceptional results. His ability to troubleshoot any issue and his hands on approach makes him a valuable asset to the Salter’s team.
